Accountant

Our operation is growing at twoday and because of that we are searching for a new accountant to join our office in Dubai. We are looking for a detail oriented and responsible team member who will help set the pace and structure of our Dubai office, and at the same time be a part of the group accounting across all of our organization in Europe and the UAE. • Carrying out the daily financial transactions in our ERP system.
• Consistent follow-up on payables and receivables in cooperation with the operation.
• Preparation of payment proposals in the bank
• Preparation of Payroll data
• Participation in month-end closing; including reconciliations and analyses for monthly financial reporting.
• Participation in the preparation of audit materials for ongoing and status audits
• Reporting local VAT and Corporate Tax
• Providing documentation and feedback to suppliers and customers on invoices and orders
• Supporting in the administration of public relations towards the DMCC and UAE government entities
  • VISA Processing, Documentation Submission and extracting/uploading information.
• Perform other ad-hoc-related duties as per the Regional Director and Head of Finance request

You will be engaged in the full aspect of the business and will be privy to information from top to bottom of the organization and understand the importance of confidentiality of both business and employee sensitive information.

• A relevant educational background in finance, accounting or similar
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
• You have previous experience in conducting public relations work in the UAE.
• You can communicate clearly in English on a business level
• You have exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage.
