Some customers need to be upgraded and others are new to Business Central. Our tasks are solved with respect for the customers' business, and the task solution takes place in close dialogue with the customer, where we continuously align expectations and follow up. In close collaboration with our skilled consultants and project teams across our offices, you contribute to solving larger projects.

As a junior you will be an integrated part of the team and your learning and development will be the top priority of your initial time with our company. Our employees have an average experience of 17 years in Business Central (and previous versions) and it is expected of all our team members to work together, and help each other to become better versions of themselves.

As a person, you possess drive, and you are not afraid to take responsibility for your work. You have a natural attention to detail, and you strive to deliver your tasks keeping both quality and time in mind. You are proactive and understand the importance of communicating with your colleagues and customers about your projects. You are not afraid to ask your colleagues for help when a task requires either their expertise or just another set of hands to be completed in time. Likewise, you are always willing to extend that extra hand to your colleague in need. We believe in great teamwork and being open about the challenges we face as a team. You manage to adapt to the customers' environment, and through your servicing approach, you make the customer feel safe in both the relationship and the solution of the project they have trusted you with.

You are open to learning from and adapting to new information. You are not afraid to voice your opinion if you think there is room for improvement, and you put your heart into your work.

• You have min. 2 years’ experience in developing AL or C/AL combined
• A relevant education, within the field of computer science or equivalent knowledge through experience
• A basic knowledge of the standard modules in BC
• You have developed customizations or extensions and understand the object structure of BC
• You have knowledge of either the 3-tier structure or the functionality of GIT
• You can communicate clearly in English at a business level
• Knowledge of LS Retail or Power Apps is a plus but not required
