Business Central on subscription

Microsoft has made radical changes to its current pricing structure by introducing that you can now only purchase Business Central via subscription. This is because the solution is fully cloud-based. Previously, it was necessary to purchase a license with a one-time payment and an ongoing subscription to access new versions of Business Central/NAV solution. This could make upgrade projects expensive, as the vast majority of solutions were customized.
 

Flexible subscription structure 

With the new subscription structure, you now pay per user per month, giving you the flexibility to adjust the number of users as needed.  In addition, you are guaranteed the latest version at all times, as upgrades happen automatically every three months without additional costs or the need for migration projects.
 

Pricing Business Central

The prices for Business Central are competitive, as Microsoft wants to reach a wider audience than before. There are, as illustrated above, two models to choose from: 'Essential' for DKK 489 and 'Premium' for DKK 699 per user per month. The vast majority of companies will be able to get by with 'Essential', as Microsoft has included a lot of functionality in this basic package. The extended version is often only needed for more advanced areas such as production management and service management.
