1) Preparation

- Creating Endpoint configuration policies that configure employee devices based on Microsofts baselines and best-practice.

- Setting up the policies in Microsoft's portals and training/guides for use.
3) Service
- Monitoring threats and vulnerabilities on all your protected devices.
- Updating policies
- If a vulnerability is discovered, the RelateIT Security team will respond with a recommendation to resolve the issue. Should a security incident occur, the security team will search and respond wihtin 3 hours of the incident being discovered.
